Our Booking PolicyIMPORTANT
1. Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled reservation time shall be deemed a cancellation, and the reserved slot will be assigned to the next requesting party.
2. Eating and drinking are not allowed
3. Clean as you go

Reading area

The reservation and use of the Reading Area is strictly limited to the Faculty and Staff of the University of the Philippines College of Nursing (UPCN). For special functions or events requiring access beyond Faculty and Staff, requests must be coordinated in advance with the College of Nursing Library personnel. Approval will be subject to availability, relevance to the institution’s mission, and compliance with library policies.

The College of Nursing Library provides room reservations to support collaborative activities. These spaces are available to faculty, students, and staff for academic discussions, group projects, and professional meetings, subject to the library’s reservation policies and guidelines.
